Default Electrical Problems

Hi, My 2015 F-150 Platinum Eco Boost 3.5 with 57,000 miles started giving me problems. BACKGROUND My VFW Post always provides the Honor Guard for our town's 4th July parade, and I follow pulling a heavy-duty tandem axle flatbed trailer (7 pin connector) with side rails and chairs for Veterans that can't walk the parade distance. I store the trailer at a friends house about 10 miles away. I picked up trailer on July 2 to power wash and decorate. No problems. Parade no problems. Brought truck and trailer and parked out back and took car to VFW to celebrate. When I got home, I noticed the running lights were on the truck and trailer. Disconnected the trailer, running lights stayed on. I said "screw it" I'll check tomorrow. Neighbor called to report lights on the truck. Went outside and disconnected the NEG battery post. Lights out. Cleaned terminal next day. Same problem. I took trailer back to storage and noticed turbo's acting up. No pickup, had to floor it to get turbo's to kick in. I've tried every position on light switch and same results and running lights won't go out. HELP!

Do they go out when you cover the dash sensor? I just don't see a correlation with pulling a trailer than lights stay on.
