Default Electrical Issues

I have a 2016 F150. It has been struggling to start over the last month. Sometimes it would take a good 10 sec to turnover. Weirdly it had the most trouble when it had only been shut off for a couple of hours. It cranked the most normal in the mornings.

It would sometimes try to stall at idle as well. Truck would have a minor shake.

I took it to shop and they changed my spark plugs and the battery checked out okay. This didn’t correct anything. About 2 weeks later the truck finally wouldn’t crank. I tried jumping it off with no results. I had it towed to a shop and they said battery was dead. I told them of all the symptoms, so they checked starter and alternator. They said everything tested ok but that the truck “ has a big 12v draw” and that I would need to take it to an electrical specialist.

Does anyone have any thoughts or suggestions on what this might be?
