Default Electrical Issue

Having weird electrical issues. I have a 2016 XLT. I have added ACC, BLIS, HSW, power folding mirrors, etc over the last 18 months. Everything has worked fine for 6 months. Started a couple weeks ago: the FCIM did not turn on once, so the AC would not work, the power windows and power mirrors would not work and the auto start stop switch did nothing. I disconnected the battery, let it sit for a couple minutes, reconnected and problem was resolved. Then I got a BLIS warning about a week later but it went away on its own while I was driving. Next the FCIM problem returned this past weekend. Still an issue if you turn the truck off and back on, but this time I unplugged the Gateway module from the Shock Sensor T-harness, plugged it back in and it was fine. Today, the BLIS warning came back on, but again went away. It is all specific to the MS Can but since it is intermittent it is hard to get DTCs. No other DTCs are present. All errors I am able to see just say lost communication or lost communication with the BCM. When the FCIM issue is happening, BLIS works, when the BLIS issue is happening the FCIM is fine. There are no splices I have made on the MS Can circuit and the only ones I have added are for BLIS and they are pinned into the correct plugs. Using ForScan, I often get FCIM DTCs of lost communication, but clear them and I have not had any issues before. Anyone had a similar issue and/or find a solution? Any help appreciated.

Many MS CAN bus issues can be isolated to the BLIS module connectors getting water in them and corroding. I would look there first.
