Default Ecoboost vibration at 2300 RPM

Is it just me, or does the eco-boost 3.5 exhibit, the best as I can describe it, a vibration as it passes from about 2,200 up to about 2,400 RPM? It's not so much as an imbalance, but more of a rough or rubbing feeling. I notice is more so at light to mid throttle. I can feel it in the accelerator, but also slightly in the wheel. It's almost more of a buzzing feeling rather than a hard shudder.

So is this just mine or am I being really picky?

I also have a 3.5 EB, but I don't have the vibration you're mentioning at that RPM range. Occasionally, I'll feel an "almost stall" due to very low RPM's/early shift points, but that's a different topic and apparently by design anyhow for fuel economy.

I don't recall feeling anything at those RPM's, but I'll look for it when I drive it tomorrow.

I went back out and tried it in park/neutral to make sure it is the engine. It's not!
I had assumed since it was in a very specific RPM range it was, but it's not.

So, as I look through some of the older posts about iceboats + vibration, I see that as late as 2014, there was an issue with a separator plate (TSB 14-0134 Valve Body Separator Plate). I notice it light throttle, when accelerating. In those post that I read, it seems outside of occurring for some when shifting in/out of park, it also happens around 3rd and 4th gear and that sounds about right for mine as well.

What's the chance that the 2015s would suffer from this too?

I downloaded the TSB from here.

While it mentions a growl or buzz when shifting from park to drive, others who had their main control valve body seperator plate replaced did so because the buzzing feeling was being felt when driving at speed and at moderate acceleration.

Is there a way to see about currently available TSB's?

My '14 is experiencing this. I think it's slightly getting worse...only 6k miles on her now. I would have thought the '15s wouldn't have this issue.

When you give it a lot of throttle, do you get the noise/vibration? I only notice it at part throttle...

I noticed my 2015 EB was doing something similar at about that same RPM but I also noticed it was when it was in 2nd-3rd gear. I haven't noticed it lately and I think it was the engine noise being generated from the stereo as the RPMs were winding up.
