Default Dual Valve Catch Can for 2015 Ford F150 3.5L

We headed up to UPR Products this weekend to get our 2015 Ecoboost F150 fitted with the new Dual Valve Catch Can system to finalize the production kit. We made it clear that we wanted to do this no drill as this truck is brand new and only has 500 miles on it. Joe at UPR was up for the task.We got 90% of the kit installed, done, and functioning. We have to do some test fitting on custom piece and at that point there should be a 2015 Dual Valve Kit Available. As we at MAK have a habit of keeping things out of the way, the install is routed as hidden and out of the way as possible. Aside from the Catch Can itself everything else is pretty much unseen to the untrained eye.

More Information coming soon as we near release of the production kit.....

I started with UPR, went to RX (which was great)....and now, I'm thinking of making the switch back to UPR with my 2015. RX has been (so far) non-responsive to the 2015 request - install etc.

Question...what have you seen with the 2015 EB that's different, or improved from the prior models? There's been some discussion on this, but no real answers as to any improvements that Ford has made.

What exactly are you referring to? There are many differences appearance wise obviously, you can defiantly feel the fact that it is lighter than the previous model. We are researching a few things but will not post until we know for certain. If you have anything in particular that you would like to know feel free to ask. If I can I will answer.

I think he is referring to what changes have been made to the pcv system, CAC/intercooler, and I'm also interested in what size turbos they used

Yep, thats what i was referring too...i don't care what it looks like. I'm new to the EB...coming from the 5.0. The pcv and intercooler seemed to be the issues.

We are hoping that Ford improved the PCV system on the 15 ecoboost

Do not have info on the turbos just yet, but changes have been made. Intercooler is different, they have also added an active shutter system similar to the Focus ST, which is the only car we had seen that on until 2015. The PCV system does have some changes, they have now incorporated a pressure sensor to measure vacuum for the PCV system. So a CEL can be tripped if not done properly. We are working on a solution and should have something ready soon. We will be ready to start taking order by weeks end.
