It basically states that warranty may not be voided in its entirety and may only be denied if it can be shown that the unauthorized work caused a failure and even then the entire warranty is not voided , just the component and associated parts warranty.
For years I see ppl worried and it was for not. I have taken cars heavily modified and quoted the actual laws (both federal and state) and they always backed right down when I could show for example my aftermarket supercharger has nothing to do with a failure of the power seats or that my 4" lift and 35" mud tires didn't cause the air conditioner to fail.

I am though very very interested in this upgrade because the negative results may take a few years to be visible depending on use and it is cheap enough to put in place then having to deal with lemon law and warranty claims in a year or three. Especially since I plan on a few custom tunes to change the fuel maps , shifting and raise the boost , the blow by will be magnified irrespective of how little it is.
Anyone have any stats on oil collected on the 15' 3.5 or what has been changed since 14' to remedy the potential caking and then stuttering?

Quote from Joe@UPR in regards to a CSS.
There is a remote mounted CSS system in development that will generate its own clean air so there will be no drilling needed into the air box. That will be available for 11-15 Trucks once its released.
Our truck caught 8oz of fluid in its first 3000 miles. We installed the UPR system as seen in the first page of this thread at 170 miles on the odometer.
Running in the engine bay it does not generate anywhere near the amount of moisture that the exterior mount systems do. Our goal is
to have a much more efficient system that does not require such a large system and the level of maintenance that the exterior mounted
catch cans require.
