Anyone put a dual exhaust on their v8 truck?
I've been looking into a borla atak for 18' model anyone have one? What do you think and do like it?

Borla attak sounds absolutely filthy. I personally recommend adding a x pipe to any dual setup to regain any loss backpressure. It was noticeable loss on my 2014 5.0, so I turned around and had it installed.

I read a thread on an eco to raptor takeoff retro. I think a takeoff raptor exhaust would fit our 5.0. Its true dual as long as you use the raptor down pipes as well.

Check out the ford performance extreme exhaust. I think they are made by borla.

Yes, they are, and raise the price because of the Ford logo on the tips. Might save a $100 or so just going with Borla.

i guess it depends where and when you buy it. I dont pay full price for anything. Levittown ford is a vendor on here and they send me emails with sales all the time. I would be curious if the ford performance extreme is supposed to be like the atak.

I don't either usually, but from what I understand, there isn't much markup. My dealer even told me the price I had, was close to what he could get it for. Ford is VERY proud of that logo.
Looking at the two systems last fall before I bought my SType, I came to the same conclusion that the extreme and ATAK were the same, and the Sport and SType were the same as well. No matter who you buy from, it's not a cheap system, but in this case, you really do get what you pay for. Top quality all the way.

Not bad! That's a little less than I paid for the Borla SType black chrome dual rear exit, I think it was $1025 I paid, shipped.
I'm gonna have to get on Levittowns email list. Is that with shipping?
