Default Dual exhaust with ecoboost?

I am on the fence on which motor I want in my new truck. I don't care about mpg's. If I did, I would have bought a fusion. I want power. At the same time, I like growl. And I like it loud. On every truck I have ever owned, I cut off the factory exhaust and put on flowmaster 10's true duals with the "x" pipe.

Based on this, which motor is best for me? I am pretty sure I want to chip this one, though I have never chipped a motor before.

Please, advise.

Get the 5.0 V8.. No V6 has the sound of a V8 and the turbos on an engine muffle the sound even more.

^What he says.

If growl is important to you go V8. Don't bother with exhaust on EB.

5.0 has plenty power to satisfy that need.

they took that away for 2015. That is what I wanted, but will settle for 5.0.

I've got a '13 GT with a Borla attack on it, I agree :-)
