DRL question

I picked up a set of Anzo lights for my 2016 SE XLT. I'm wondering if there is a way to get the outer LED band to function as the DRL rather than the low beam. I'm hoping there is...

There is. Search Anzo headlight thread. But the outlines are not bright enough for DRL.
