Alright guys been trying to read up on the forscan but still no sure what all is entailed, but question, I've been told now by 2 dealers that they are unable to get the DRLs to shutoff on the Canada trucks and low and behold that's what I bought. Anyways can someone give me a hand on all this because now I'm unable to put my hid kits into my new anzo headlights. They just shut off the moment you put the truck into drive. Thanks a lot guys.

 

First off. You need to run some sort of canbus adapter. Secondly you need to have drl disabled. Even if you disable drl, these trucks use a PWM signal that won't let the hid kit work. Hence the need for canbus.

Ask around your area for a dealer that will disable your drl through IDS, or someone that knows forscan around you.
