Default Drivers puddle lamp staying on

Having issues with my drivers puddle lamp staying on, even when driving. Anyone have any suggestions ?

How is it wired? Did you change out to Lariat door harnesses, add the vent with puddle lamp buttons, and the lighting control module or did you just hard wire these to a similar source. I only ask so I can try n help you trace down the issue.

Have you made any Forscan changes? This happens to me every once in a great while while the puddle lamps and dome light (IIRC) will stay on for 5 to 10 mins after i shut the truck off and lock it. I confirmed w/ a few others who have seen this behavior as well and they attributed it to making certain BCM changes via Forscan. It's maybe happened to me 2 or 3 times in the last year.

Do yours shut off after a bit or just stay on?

Would be hard to believe it's nothing more than the on/off switch. Obviously not it but nothing else makes sense.
