Default Downsizing wheels

I currently have as 2016 f150 4wd on a 6 inch lift with 20x12 on 35s. I am looking to downsize to a 17x9 on either 35s or 37s haven't decided. Either way i know that I will need spacers to be able to run a 17 while keeping the 6 inch lift. Does anyone know what the minimum size spacer I can use that will all a 17 to fit?

If you're buying wheels, buy the necessary offset...don't use spacers.

Be careful with the big lift kits that use an aftermarket knuckle. Some of those knuckles will only fit an 18" rim at a minimum.

I think thats why hes asking for a spacer size to give him the proper clearance.

OP, I would email the manufacturer of the lift kit, they usually have this information
