Door Wiring Help

I bought these for my 2015 f150, was wondering if anyone here could help me as to which wire coming into the door would be the best to power them up only when the door opens. Thanks

See attached diagrams. Do these replace your existing puddle lights on the mirror?

no, they get installed under the door panel and shine on the ground when u open the door. Thanks

was thinking of getting these as well as my friend just installed some in his Acura
