Door locking problem
Hi all,
I removed my rear door panels to replace the speakers, however now when the doors are locked squeezing the interior door handle no longer unlocks and opens the door. It's like the child safety locks are stuck on. I've tried toggling the child safety locks on and off to no avail. Has anyone else had this happen?

Or the person sitting in the back seat...
Someone brought up yesterday that some Fords (not F-150s) unlock the back doors if you pull the handle twice, I haven't tried that on my Fusion.

This never functioned this way. If it did then it was malfunctioning then and you accidentally fixed it to work properly lol. As stated the rear doors are not designed to unlock when the interior handle is pulled. This only works on the front doors.
