Default Door lock help needed

Must have left the front passenger door ajar last night when I remote locked it from inside the house last night. After remote starting this morning the display said passenger door ajar. The door will not lock shut now and the door control features will not unlock or lock the passenger side, **** does not move. Is there a way to cycle these or a button to push on the lock to manually open the mechanism. Had to take the backup car and leave the truck with the cab light on. If I try to drive the door swings open.

Sounds like the latch in the door thinks that it is latched. Will the door not close all the way?

Have you tried pulling the inside door handle?

Door won't latch closed like the catch is locked and won't open. Found some other posts about problems with doors in cold weather (it was 18 last night)

Have you tried to pull the handle and manually pull the latch open at the same time? Sometimes the latches get closed when the door is open and then they won't work of course.

Well, at least it's closed and you could drive it to the dealer... Right?
