i have a 1999 f150 extended cab. the door would not open. after a youtube search i found out that the plastic cam bolts on the cable were broken i replaced the cam bolt on one end and did't have to take anything off. But, i could not get to the one at the very bottom of the door(driver's side)it has to Philips screws underneath. i thought if i take them out the latch and cable would come out but it didn't is the latch glued down or just needs to be pryed out. thanks
