Default door hard surface padding options?

I guess I must tend to 'man-spread' whilst driving, and my left leg suffers from the hard surface of the door; a long drive leaves my leg with a painful indentation in it. I've come up with some ghetto-customized "solutions" in the past but I am simply looking for some sort of padded material, sticky-backed, that I could mount on the door, that didn't look like azz...ideally something that looked OEM.

I don’t have any ideas. But I will say my leg has never touched the door. Even on the 22 hour drive to Florida.

Add some padding to an upper leg brace and strap it on before each drive so the door panel can stay unadulterated.
