Default Door alarm sensor problems

Looking for advice on my 2020 Ford F-150 XLT. It keeps setting off the door alarm, at various times of day and night. (Even had deputy sheriff checking on the property at 3am) I thought I had problem fixed by replacing the key fob battery. Evidently not, as it has gone off several times today. I also tried wiping down the doors, spraying the door latches with lubricant. No luck. Am I going to have to take it to a FORD garage??

A low fob battery or sticky door latch will not trigger an alarm. The door sensors have been reported here to sometimes fault open and set off the alarm at random times. You can probably find details on how to replace a door sensor with a forum search.

I sprayed some WD40 in mine and that seemed to help. Was a few You tube videos that mentioned it. Odds are it's the sensor at the door...mine was driver's side.
