Pics or it didn't happen LOL. I'm interested to see what you replaced the wheels with. I saw your stock Sport wheels in the classified, which are the same I have... If you don't get any bites on the stock ones in a week or two, I might take you up on them (I live in the Asheville area). I want to get another set to mount a winter set of tires on and keep the look of the truck the same.

There is no change in overall diameter when a tire is mounted on a wheel that is within the approved range for the tire...according to Tire Rack. That doesn’t address puttting tires on wheels that are outside of the approved range...but the OP isn’t asking about that.

Frankly, I was surprised, because it isn’t what I expected.

Per the article: The width of the rim will influence the width of the tire. A tire mounted on a narrow rim would be "narrower" than if the same size tire was mounted on a wide rim. Note: Because the overall diameter of a steel-belted radial is essentially determined by the steel belts, there is little, if any, change to the overall diameter of the tire due to differences in rim width

Appreciate you digging that out. I must have been using the wrong search terms. Kept getting pushed to swapping tires sizes but I was interested in the width of the rim question. (And Yes, the tires are within the approved range w/ the new rims.). I learned something new today!

Nice! Yeah keep me posted. I am selling my house in the next month or so and will have a little disposable cash, if they are still available I would like to get them.... I like the sport wheels myself, they look classy on the Ruby Red...

Will do.

When I bought this truck I knew I had to have black rims. Everything on the truck is either white or black so the rims needed to match.

Wanting to do the smoked Anzos to complete the look once it warms up; provided I can locate some.

Yes the black and white is a very appealing combination. I went to the sport model on my 18 as my 16 had the chrome package which I wasn't a huge fan of. Like color match much better.... Let me know if you are in the market for tint, i know a guy that is excellent and has done all of mine for years... Here is a pic of mine right after I bought it and had tint done. Need to get some better pics with my new grille when it warms up some....

I’m with you on the color match. Love the look. I traded in a 99 F150 XL with crank windows. LOL.

What grille did you swap out to? I wasn’t a fan of the 2018 grille to start with but if I get the Anzos then I think it’ll work. The sport rims work on the Ruby Red and the Leadfoot Gray. Believe it or not but I already have the front windows tinted. For some reason it doesn’t really show up in the pictures under my carport.

I did rhe STX grille, love it. Here is a befoee and after the day of install.

Did the 8 inch instrument panel cluster upgrade today.. Thwr has been my favorite so far. A little bit more than the grille but worth it.. Clusters by Livinitup came thru on this mod for sure.

That STX grille looks great. May have to consider that myself. I did the cluster swap with Livinitup about 6 months ago myself, makes it seem like a whole different truck.
