As it states, it`s the box cleat set. You might not see the mounting locations if you have a drop in bed liner.

 

That's your spare intake. Don't wanna loose that.

Cleats as others said. I took them and made axle mounts for my mountain bikes. That way I can lock the front axle to the bed of my truck and not need to worry too much about my bike. Lots of useful uses for them when you think outside the box.
