I was thinking of doing a 7" lift with 35's. My only concern is that the 2.7 will not have enough power to push those tires efficiently. Any suggestions ??

Well lets put it this way, people put lifts and big tires on trucks for awhile now with no problem before the Ford Eco-boost. I have a 3.5L non-ecoboost and see people do lift and tires. I think you will have plenty of power pushing those tires. If you lose some toss a tune on the truck all will be good.

I have 35s with a level kit. You notice a little power lost but i can still roast them

You are going to feel a 7 inch lift and 35's no matter what.

Well the little 2.7 will lose some oomph for sure. Regearing will help a ton .
