I have a 2006 F150 that has a problem with the directionals when the trail hitch is in place, but not being used to tow. When turning on the directionals they work fine until the brakes are applied. Once the brakes are applied the directional goes opposite and the brake lights go off. It doesn’t happen when the hitch is off the truck. What could be causing this? Thanks.

 

Just as an FYI, you have posted in the wrong section. This is for 2015 and newer F150's. Probably would be best to re-post in the proper section or DM the admin and ask them to. Hope you get your problem figured out
