For those of you that have installed their switchbacks, the instructions say to use the current tape to adhere the new led strips. Has anyone found that the current tape isn't reusable? If so, what did you replace it with? I was thinking about a 3m double-sided tape but wanted to see if anyone has anything better.

 

I apologize for any confusion! In the event that the original adhesive isn't re-usable, 3M is a great option.
