The reverse LED's in the BLIS TL's are horrible, and correct, they are not serviceable/replaceable. Good job, Ford! I always found the reverse lights in my '15 with the regular TL's to be quite good, way better than these BLIS lights.

So now, in my '18 w/BLIS lights, I've been folding my mirrors back and using the mirror spots. Somewhat inconvenient, but works great.

Just sucks that nothing can be done with the BLIS TL's.

I don't see a difference in your pictures, Rob.

J/K! Dang, that is like night and day different.

Just clicked the link, $129 for installation. I need to start that business!

Sorry to dig up a old thread but how are these working out? Any issues to report?

I'll redig this thread up. I think I'm allowed since I'm the OP. Yea, these worked flawless right up until I sold the truck yesterday. So almost 6 years and counting.

Seeing that this thread was raised from the dead. Here is how I solved the problem with the dim blis reverse lights. I spliced them into the trailer plug wires. Three and a half years and still going strong. The lights have gotten water inside but they still work flawlessly.

Check out Philips Ultinon LED's. These made a world of difference. I don't trust the Cheaponese stuff on my truck.
