Angry Diff cover help

Hello peeps;

I thought I had the right Spicer diff cover, that would convert my non-serviceable diff to a serviceable one with the necessary ports to drain and refill. Did the complete uninstall of the OEM cover only to realize that the replacement spicer cover does not fit?

Attached are some comparative pics, can someone verify what type of cover I have and what would be its appropriate serviceable aftermarket covers. I need this ASAP as mt truck is without diff oil and without diff cover and in am un operational state. Any links would be helpful.

I am going to check my window sticker to find out why type of diff do I have.... but in the meantime if you guys please advise.

Sandan

Looks like your factory diff is a super 8.8 and replacement is for a 9.75

Should be a tag on the axle, won't be on the window sticker

Don't thin so, doesn't have the same number of bolt holes.

Needs to be for a Super 8.8. Not sure whats available for that.

Just wanted the pipe in, I just bought the Spicer also for my 9.75. Something else I got was a lubelocker gasket, maybe you already have one, but if not should have a look.
