Delivery Date 2015's
My dealer is now saying that the delivery date has been pushed back by Ford to February 2015.
Has anyone heard that Ford pushed the date back? One other dealer said December, so who is right?

I called Ford to get a 2015 F150 brochure. The person on the phone asked if I would like to schedule a test drive. She said my dealer should have a 2015 F150 on November 22 and scheduled me for November 22 at 2:00 PM. No guarantee that this is accurate information from the phone rep.
I've already placed an order for my truck. My salesman said that he expected delivery in December. Again, no guarantee that the salesman really knows the actual delivery date.

I checked a few dealers throughout the U.S. who were offering to schedule late November test drives of 2015 F-150s & providing a link to schedule online...I received 204 error messages stating that the website was down or unavailable. Maybe no indicator of vehicle availability, but...IDK.

My father works for Ford and he told me Sept 26 is the production date for Job#1 trucks, and should be at dealers doorsteps in late Nov.
It's possible in your scenario that your dealer has accepted alot of orders and you just have to get in line behind everyone?? That's my guess

The arrival date of custom orders are also going to depend on the area your dealer is located, and how many orders are ahead of you. There are 181,000 Ford employees and there family who can get a screaming good A-plan deal, and on a truck as redesigned as this I can see alot of trucks being ordered
