Default deleted resonator and....

2016 xlt 3.5 na -

i did this mod when i first got my truck but i didn’t weld the delete pip correctly it had small holes in the welds that made a vibration so i put the resonator back on - last week i cleaned the welds up and rewelded the delete pipe.

without the resonator the truck drives perfect in low an mid rpms. normal driving is 10 times better - no more 6th gear lag when barley pressing the gas peddle going up a slight incline. not more double drop kick down - when driving normal or a bit aggressive the throttle and transmission response is amazing i don’t know why. but very well improved. - gas mileage improved .5. at full throttle it feels the same as with the resonator- i really don’t think i gained any hp or tq. but it really did improve normal driving / shift kick downs / better then stock in my honest opinion .

did a delet for my friends 5.0 fx4 2016 and he is not a performance guy and he was very amazed of the difference the way his truck drives .
