My'16 5.0 Sport w/ console shifter occasionally has a delay when I turn the ignition key to start it. Sometimes I have to turn the key a second time for the contact to be made. I'm assuming this is caused by a switch in the shifter mechanism not telling the ignition switch that the truck is in park.
