New 17 xl base truck. Upon starting, there is a few seconds delay in the lights being visible on ac controls. Fan speed, air direction indicator and ac indicator lights. The lights are almost non visible until after a few seconds. These do not appear to be controlled by the dimmer function. Anyone else seen this.
