I went with the 2.7l didn't need max towing power 6.5ft bed all the time...only one more foot...I looked at this also http://www.cari-mor.com/ a bed extender for around 1200-1500 I think it was. I may get one down the road for convenience and that way I still can park in the garage. I have no immediate need for extended bed. Start/stop works great and getting good gas mileage.

Thanks for that, and based on that review, I went with the 2.7 with the shorter bed. Only reason I wanted the longer bed was for towing dirt bikes, and I only tow multiple full-sized ones a couple times a year.

I'd rather have the more fun-to-drive one for my daily commute.
