Dealership Oil cost
So went to get the works for my 15 today, it was $44 after taxes then $19 for 1 extra quart of oil(the works is 5 quart max).
Just curious what other dealers out there charge for "the works" oil/tire rotation.

Some don't charge extra, some do. Prior to getting any work done, get an estimate and have no surprises.

That's quite the markup. You can get 5 quarts of semi synthetic for $18 at walmart.

ONE QUART IS 43% MORE????? (I hope you missed a decimal point)
Are you seriously saying that 5 quarts with labor is $44, 6 Quarts with labor is $63??? How did they justify that when you pointed it out? How much if you provide the extra Quart that you bought a Walmart for $4??

They probably "accidentally" (on purpose) "mis-charged" you...
(you know like the "finance" guys like to do when you buy)
I would of pointed out their "mistake", and if they stood by the price, would have pointed out the incredulously blatant ridiculousness of their pricing. If they still don't budge for that oil change and all future oil changes, then I'd tell them and the dealership's general manager that it's unfortunate that they obviously don't want the maintenance profit from you and you will take it to another dealer who will gladly make a reasonable profit maintaining your truck.
Unless you live in the middle of nowhere, I'm sure there are more dealers in a reasonable distance from your home or work. (I have 4 or 5 within a 15 mile radius and I don't live in a city)

With coupon I never pay more than $29.99 total plus tax. For that price they can do it.
