Default Dead battery on start...

My truck was in 2 collisions and sat for 7-8 months at body shop each time. Not something is killing battery often and I need to get boosted. I've had my battery tested and shows good load and cranking amperage. Today it just barely turned over but what was different I pressed to accelerator pedal and had next to no response took 20 seconds for a response to get the truck to start rolling forward. Could there be something in the fuel tank like a sensor that is drawing.
I also have after market flood lights/light bar that are not tied in through the key which is bad way i know. But had it rigged up for 1.5 years no issues until the second accident. Any ideas would be appreciated.
2016 Ford F150 302a Fx4 package.

Wrong sub-forums for the year, but I would highly suggest you put the battery on a tender / charger. Charge it to full. If you are noticing it weak in the morning sounds like you have a parasitic draw. That is if the battery is truly still good.

The first line in your question says it all. Truck sat for month's. I trust whoever tested the battery as much as I trust a tire shop to torque my lug nuts. Battery is most likely the issue since it probably sat half dead or more for extended period of time.. If it's more than 2-3 years old, I would replace it.

These rigs are extremely sensitive to the battery. Mine was 6 years old and had plenty of strength to crank the engine normally but it affected lots of things .
