Dead Battery?
I went out of town for the weekend, came home three days later and the battery is dead. Keys weren't in the vehicle, lights weren't left on, nothing was left plugged in. Even if something was left on, I would assume battery management would have kicked in. Has anyone had this happened and what was the cause of the drain (if found)? I'm assuming it's a bad battery otherwise...although it tested fine a few weeks ago at the dealership.

I put it on a charger, drove it for 50 miles...still somewhat discharged (starts very slowly). If it doesn't start tomorrow, I'll get the battery replaced. I realize it happens, but man...I'm just having a really bad string of luck with this thing.
Strangely enough, my transmission started magically shifting better (it's been shifting very poorly as of late, jerking, hesitating, etc). I wouldn't think that the adaptive tables would've been cleared since there was still enough juice to push the power running boards out but who knows.

I just remember pulling one off a charger that read14v, and I’ve checked them with the engine running before so I just made an assumption that they were supposed to be 14v.
I just went and checked mine with the engine off and on. I got 12.5v and 14.0 respectively.
That’s what I love about this Forum, I’m always learning something.
Thank you!

The electronics in my Focust ST (center dash info center, Sync/MFT, etc) took about a minute to boot up when my battery went bad in it last summer, although with how the car started it was very obvious the battery was done. My Jeep will do a hard reset if I let the battery get very dead (similar to what you're experiencing where I can tell it's gone into re-learn mode. My folks had a Jeep Liberty that would open the rear glass all by itself when the battery got too low. Electronics don't like low/bad voltages from batteries,
