Default De-programming key fob

I have the two original key fobs which I will be turning over when I trade my truck in next month. I bought a third off ebay and programmed it as a back up. Looking at mykey it shows 3 fobs.

I want to de-program the 3rd and keep it for my new truck. I think that is the simple part.

What I really want to do is remove the 3rd key from mykey so the new owner doesn't freak out when he only gets two fobs but notices mykey with three.

How do I do that? I suppose I could RTM but I am just being lazy today.
