When data logging what are all the things you should have being monitored?

 

Depends on what you're looking for. Typically, I look at timing advance, STFT, LTFT, MAF, knock at idle, and O2 sensor input, manifold pressure. That usually should give you a general idea of how good your engine is running overall.
