Default dash pad upgrade

I have a 2020 Regular cab F150 XLT. I have upgraded the interior to the Lariat trim, seats, door panels,ac vent. I bought the top dash pad covers with the Lariat "leather look alike" off of Ebay. I thought it would be a simple swap but........... everything I've read on some websites say that the ENTIRE dash has to be removed for this procedure. Seems a little unrealistic that you'd have to remove the entire dash to replace the passenger side air bag cover and the cover over the instrument panel. Anyone attempted this and do you have ant tips thanks

I think that the gray stitching around the pads will make it pop. If I have to pull the entire dash 6-8 hours, I may be "POPLESS"

Yes its been on here many times the dash has to come out
Leave it alone for a while then when dash gets warped get ford to replace them with yours under warranty
