I believe the noise you might be hearing is the cowling soft rubber strip(under the wipers) tapping on the windshield. I had the same noise when going into a strong head wind, but would go away when going with the wind. Used a piece of duct tape and taped the rubber strip down to the windshield, then drove it and the noise was gone.
Not sure if it is what you are experiencing, but its an easy test to see
Have not figured out a long term solution yet.

Default Found my "dash noise"

From the driver's seat it sounded like the dash. Was coming from the passe door, outside, at the bottom of the tow mirror where the plastic hits the door at the bottom. Stuck a business card in and viola, fixed...

I added some double sided cushion tape to this area and it seems to help although honestly there is noises from where the wood grain retractable door meets the console and also clicking from the center stack panel too.

It changes based on the temp of the interior.

I have the same problem on my 16. it sounds like the ratcheting noise the old odometers make from older vehicles when they turn. I can hear it anywhere from 25-50 mph. Before or after that no noise. It is getting very annoying.

Bringing this back from the dead because I need a solution! My noise is the same as the video, comes from what sounds like the defrost vents infront of the driver, sounds like a plastic ticking/knocking noise. Driving me crazy......

Trying to bring it back on more time ... same ticking rattle here over any type of bump that causes a vibration. Large bumps, no issues.

Have torn apart the dash three time now. Sounds like a clip rattling around, or a dropped piece of plastic.

Can't find it though.

Any more ideas?

I have a random clicking sound also, it sounds like a relay. I have no other noises, it's extremely quiet.
