Default Dash Light Trigger Wire Question

I'm about to install 4 OTRATTW Contura V switches for light bar, rock lights, backup lights etc and they have dual illumination = blue glow for the switch for when dashlights are on, then toggle to green or amber when switched "ON". I don't need the feed to be controlled by the dash dimmer as I will likely install an inline PWM dimmer to manually dial back the bright blue LEDs the switches have in them, so just need a 12v "HOT" for when dashlights would be on.

Question is - anyone recommend a good trigger or feed to power the blue LEDs in them for when dashlights are on?
Anything from the BCM, fuseblock, somewhere by the headlight switch, under drivers side dash?

Thanks
