Default Dash Camera

Looking at installing a BlackVue dash cam just wondering if any members have installed a dash camera in there 2015 F-150 and if so would like to see the mounting location and wiring.

Thanks
David

I run a dash cam built into a rearview mirror. The mirror clips on over factory mirror and mine just runs 24hrs a day. As for the wiring, because it is over the mirror, I just run the wiring in roof liner and down A pillar, then under passenger glove box, then under center console where you drill a hole and plug into the power outlet in console. It takes about 15mins to run wires, nice and neat, set it and forget it.

they are available on ebay, banggood.com, etc. for about $40-$50

Been thinking about one as well. For those that use a DashCam, what do you think?

I don't drive without one. Seems most people around here learned their driving skills in Mexico.

I found a RioRand F30 on ebay for under $50...been using it for a year without issues....you can install any free video software to stitch videos together.

It now mounts just to the left of the rear view mirror, kinda hidden behind the visor, but still visible. I need to re-route the cord when I have time.
