Dammit!

K-rail leaving a parking spot... $2,500 to fix it

for those just tuning in... need a whole new passenger front door - they can fix the back door

Bummer!!! It looks like a lot of that is paint transfer...get some mineral spirits, a soft rag, and I bet it will look a LOT better until you figure out if you're going to go the body shop route or not. Be careful with the spirits, try a little spot first, see if the clear has been totally wiped out. If it looks like it's not doing anything, then proceed to the rest of the affected area...it'll be a significant improvement for the short term!

EDITED for mineral spirits instead of lacquer thinner
DOUBLE EDIT you can use lacquer thinner, just be careful, use VERY sparingly first on the affected area, and follow up with some polish.

This might sound weird, but look up a Detail shop that does paint correction.

I've buffed and wet sanded out a lot of stuff like that. If it's dented and such don't bother.

lacquer thinner on a rag, wipe 90% of that right off so you don't have to look at it.
