Is anyone aware of of an all black set or black/white set of these emblems? Trying to get rid of the chrome, but the only set I can find is in black/red.
People either paint, plastic dip, or go with a person who specializes in painting them. Generally speaking people get the Front and Tailgate Ford Badges painted to their theme and some will at the same time get the F150 ones painted. Other then hiring "the man"; great one here (mbullock?) and whoever your local guy is; the next best source is checking ebay to see who is selling them.
The raptor tailgate emblem is all black. Around 30 dollars. I had the black/red fender emblems from ebay. One came slightly twisted and didnt stick very well. Ended up getting a set each of special edition and chrome fender emblems and separaying the individual layers of each set. Then took the black under layer of the chrome ones and the black top layer from the se ones and glued together.
