Hey guys, my truck came with Sync 3 v2.0 and I want to upgrade to 2.2. Ford's website says that there is no update available for me and that I already have v2.2. Also, wifi update in the truck shows no update available. Is my only option to upgrade via USB or the dealer? Are there any known issues with upgrading via USB from 2.0 to 2.2 17011? Thanks!

Thanks TexasFording! I saw a post that I thought mentioned I'd have to go to the dealer to go from 2.0 to 2.2. I'm glad I can just do it myself via USB.

64gb drive, format exfat, dump everything from the files on it.
files themselves, google them, they're top three results

I've seen some websites mention that HN1T-14G381-SA is the appropriate file but when I log on to owner.ford.com, it says that HN1T-14G381-LG is the correct file for 2.2. I also see some posts that mention the file ending in SA is only for upgrading from the older build of 2.2 to the newer one.
Do you know which file would work for me upgrading from 2.0 to 2.2 (nav)? Thanks again.
