Courtesy Lighting Control
I don't have my '15 yet, but I am reading the pdf owner's manual.
When camping, every time I open the door on my Sport Trac at night, (usually to collect the reading glasses, wife's purse, or some other item left in the vehicle), the courtesy lights on the mirrors, bed lights, interior lights, auto lamps, and fog light beams come on. This is embarrassing, rude, and insensitive to the neighboring tent campers, but I never have figured out a way to turn the courtesy lighting off temporarily.
For the 2015 F150, I see a control in the settings of the information screen only to adjust autolamp and daytime running lights. Is there a way to temporarily disable the courtesy lighting to access the cab discretely?
