Default Could it be Lemon??

Has anyone in here ever dealt with a Lemon Car/Truck? I have a 2015 F150 3.5 Eco boost and it has been in the shop 4th times it'll be 5th on Monday. I only have 14000 miles on it they already replace most of the gaskets due to oil leak that they could not find, but eventually fixed, and now I am loosing power and the engine light is on. And seems like 6th gear is not engaging properly. I am so disappointed with Ford Service. They test drive my truck for 100+ miles and somehow did not replicate the issue but then when I went to pick it up, as soon as I drive it off the lot I can clearly feel the lack of power. What kind of mechanics Ford has? I am so afraid that as soon as my warranty ends that it'll be in the shop more than my garage. Does this sounds like a lemon to you???? I love this truck I just don't feel very confident in it right now..

This videos are recorded right after I picked it up from the shop.

"Lemon" has a specific legal definition in whatever state you reside. I suggest you search and figure out exactly what it is for your home state, then go from there.

Its not ford that hires mechanics. They will educate them on ford products once they work for a ford dealer. Most are from some tech school. I have dealt with some dealers that just say it has to have a light on. What a joke. Sometimes the dealers hands are tied by ford also, which is BS. Hopefully you can find someone who can help out.

Good luck. Mine was in the shop 15 times in two years. I even turned it in a month early on the 24 month lease cuz I bought something else. Ford did not cover the last payment (not that I thought they would have, but would've been nice).

Since it was a 2 year lease I didn't pursue the lemon law even though mine clearly qualified. I just waited until the lease was almost up and said good riddance.
