Cotus website

Anyone having issues getting their order info off the cotus order website? I put in the info and it comes up no matching vehicle found. Worked fine Sunday but then Monday it stopped working.

COTUS is notoriously buggy.

It works fine sometimes and TERRIBLE other times with no apparent cause .... other than to create stress in people who have ordered a truck.

Check with your dealer to see if they have initiated/registered the sale with Ford. Once a vehicle is 'sold' it will no longer show up on COTUS.

I did sign the papers for it on 3/31 to get a better deal so maybe that's it. I called Ford customer service and it's still supposed to be delivered by this Friday.
