Default Cooling Seats - Are Your Seat Backs Working Properly?

Has anyone asked the CEO on twitter about this? I know when they were having issues with the armrest in the back, a few guys did this, and he responded and there was a TSB within a week or 2.

I would do this, but I'm not on twitter! Just a though to try to get there attention, as it doesn't seem to be helping here.
What's his Twitter handle??

Thanks again for getting the ball rolling.

I don't know much about Twitter but did you post that your seats DO work? After reading a few times I noticed what you meant. But maybe I am just tired.

I said mine work in the tweet but I should have said something like mine work after the fix..

I just want this to move forward and Ford to realize there is a real problem here.

About time! Wonder how many hours they have into designing a fix? I have less than two full days and mine takes less than 10 minutes to install.

I even have a injection molding shop in the wings to help with sourcing the parts. Could be interesting to see how long it takes to get parts in stock. I bet they start unplugging the TEDs on the backs until parts come in.
