I will go you one better.....my 2013 Plat seats worked great....maybe I should have swapped them to the 2015 when I traded it....just kidding....
But boy....Ford Engineering places a LOT of trust in zip ties....cheapest solution for sure, and probably a strong robot or build station gets them "motorcycle tight" on the assembly station, but I am not certain field people could reproduce that fitment....!!?? Oh yeh....they will NEVER fail....lol

Version 3 is on the printer now. I think this one will fit good enough to do some testing with in the truck.
I would like to say thank you for all the effort you are putting into this. Also if you get the seats to cool like Ford should have done in the first place And decide to sell the parts to fix the seats you can put me on the sold list and will take 2.

Cooling Seats - Are Your Seat Backs Working Properly?
So far I feel cold air which is a plus. The back doesn't get as cold as the bottom. All I had close was pipe insulation which doesn't flow air great but I can feel the hot air exhausting out the back pretty easily!
Printing version 4 now. Going to make the exhaust have some more sweep to it.
