I haven't spoken to Tim in a while but I KNOW he shelled out a lot of $$s for updated printers to make the parts and we all know how supply coast has risen....
BTW.... the kits work.... we worked directly with Ford Seat Complete on the TSB but they only did HALF the fix.... Tim did the rest.... smile....AZPLAT..

Check your TED.....
The "fix" should provide both intake and exhaust ducting to your TED...... whereas the Ford fix only addressed adding the intake "sock".....
Do BOTH seats act the same .... assuming you installed the fix on both??!! Your seats should have air coming OUT of the perforations in the seat bottom and back.... do you observe that....??!!
I would first make sure all the ducts are in place properly to/from the TED then set the seat on cooling..... you should feel cooled (somewhat.... not HVAC) temp from the TED output to your seat... if not, you may have a malfunctioning TED unit..... you are probably out of B to B warranty unless you have an extended one....... you can PM me for further questions, etc..... It’s almost like I can “sense” a difference in temp but it’s def not cool, but def not warm like it was.I applaude the man for attempting to fix these **** poor seat cooling issues,The cooled seats in my wife’s 2018 Sho are great, might have to open her seats up and see what’s different.
I wish there was a way to keep the higher fan speed like when you first turn the cooled seats on,the Sho stays running on high the whole time ,it’s a tad noisy but they def move more air than these F150 seats

DO you feel airflow coming OUT of the seats.... use a tissue paper to test.......if not, you have a TED/Fan/duct issue......>>> AZPLAT

Well I have to say that I didn’t notice much when the seat is already hot like getting in during the day but morning and evening driving the seat is def cooler and does not get the “hot spot” like it used to
