Cooling Seats issue and TSB feedback

I got the you have to bring it in so we can diagnose the issue to make sure it matches the TSB. I kinda expected that but still a PITA. I also want them to fix the rear bumper which is on a little crooked and fix a paint spot in the roof gutter that bubbled. Unfortunately they can't fix the pain at the this dealer so I need to take it someplace else for that.

Dealer is ordering parts (x2) based on earlier conversation about the problem. Service manager said I was the second guy to ask about it.

My truck is going under the knife today. They came and got it about 5 min ago. They said this is going to be the first one they have done and left me a loaner truck. I am guessing they have no idea how long it is going to take them. I think I would rather them take their time and get it right the first time. Measure twice, cut once.

I am jealous of the people getting loaner trucks. I dropped my off yesterday morning at 8 and they were still on the driver's side yesterday afternoon. The dealership did provide me a loaner through the car rental company but it's no truck, Ford Focus. Oh well, as long as the seats get fixed I can suck it up for a couple days.

I am grateful that they drop off a truck when they pick mine up. I am like 2 miles from the dealer. They just drive something up and drop it off when they pick up my truck. Last time I had a loaner they dropped off a Platinum with 20miles on it. They got it back with over 400. I had it for a couple weeks though. Today they brought me a 2011 with 50k+ miles on it. I guess they don't want me racking up the miles on a new car anymore.

Best my dealer will do is offer a ride home. Mine has been there since yesterday for the can't shift out of park problem and the tailgate step and seats. Called to say they are so busy fixing Fords they haven't had time to even look at mine.
