Ameila is awful. You try calling her back and it goes straight to voicemail. I asked a customer rep and they said most people in her position have their "call back numbers" as just answering machines and they wont call you back until their "scheduled" call back date. She mumbles and talks fast. Acts like shes doing me a favor for calling me. Hate FORD customer service. Toyota was awesome. Should have stuck with them
Has anyone had luck finding that out? I am not sure what makes me more irritated now, the seats or dealing with a weak rep.
Thanks.

My local service guy was only willing to give up this number. 800-392-3673. After about 4 computer prompts I was able to get ahold of Ashley. I told her my problem I was having with my regional CSM and that I wanted to speak to the manager of the regional CSM. She put me on hold to "research" whats going on. I was on hold for at least 5 min (I didn't start the stopwatch right away). Ashley said that if I wanted to get Amelia's manager I would have to call Amelia and ask Amelia to have her manager take over my case. I said, No, I am not calling the person that I can't get in touch with and can't understand to have her get her manager involved. I said get me in touch with someone who can. Back on hold again.
This is crazy. So here is what I got. Amelia's supervisor doesn't accept calls (WTF?). Ashley "escalated" the problem and sent Tommy (Amelia's supervisor) and email. I should get a call back in 24hrs from Tommy.
I am hoping that the squeaky wheels gets some oil. All of this to try an see if I can get a second person to verify a fix is due out in a couple weeks.

Zip ties?

Those zip ties work great huh?[/QUOTE]
Looks like a weight saving design too me, plus it guarantees shop repairs down the road, when they pop off!
